Its nothing like Live concert isn’t it! Bryan Adams Concert!

I got back from the Bryan Adams concert. Huge lineup to park the car and get in - like about a half a kilometer long so we just managed to park our car and kept walking all the way up to the entrance and lucky we did and we got to walk right in! But my friends choked when security checked their purse and told them no cosmetics were allowed in the venue - huh?? They made them throw away their cosmetics! I yet to discover the security reason behind it?!!.
Great night, we were far from the stage but we could see him and the band really well. The highlight for me was when he said My name is Bryan. Here I am'. He took off his song 'Here I Am' from that point – The crowd was excited when he just stringed through our ears the first tune of “Summer of 69” everyone got into it and was loud and singing and dancing. Played all the hits “Baby you are gone”, “18 till I die” and some new tunes as well. Bryan Adams singing songs that you and me would have listened more than million times but still listening those songs from Bryan is for sure to get goose bumps. It gave me a great feeling to sing along to the hits from the 90's. The stage was a constant flurry of excitement and completely into the aura of rock music.
The sky was sparkling with beautiful stars here and there and a huge round shining moon. Bryan standing under the cool and beautiful night gray shiny sky and entertaining the crowd. His voice was roared through the miles in the air and I was totally in trance watching the sky, the star, the moon and the rock star, watching him singing, the whole sight was mesmerizing.
Hey Stars! What’s special today? Why are you shining too much? Stop! Isn’t it too much for my small eyes, huh I know they never listened to me. Just I could see another me in them with full packed excitement; All the way they were brilliance, twinkle, glint, radiance, and sparkling along with the rock star Bryan. All the more Bryan asked the 20,000+ crowd to light up their digital mobile and flash over to make the place brighter. Wow! The entire picture was food to the eyes and music to the ears. He sang around 20 songs including “Let’s make a night to remember”, “Please forgive me”, “How do ya feel tonight” “Running to you”- but it was not enough for all of us.
The crowd was kept in a constant trance and was simply electrifying. Bryan kept the pep talk on and trying to communicate to the audience. His light-heartedness was infectious. He has such a unique way of captivating and relating to his audience. I think after this astonishing experience, I now see Bryan Adams with even more respect than I did before. I could see that Bryan Adams’ impact on me and I hold the piece of evidence, that even when you climb the highest ladder of success, you can still remain grounded in your sense of reality. My eyes kept filled with plenty of colorful wonder as the music played on. The hyperactive guitarist scott, who was never at a standstill, wore a path in the floor running back and forth. The light works kept me craving for more.
Everywhere excitement, I noticed that there were bouncers, security guards and traffic policemen posted on every nook and corner. However, they could not do much to stop the madness. Thank God nothing of that sort happened. Bryan said Thanks and goodnight twice asked the crowd to go home but all of us were not ready to leave him. He left his guitar down and stood for a sec looking at the crowd. That was really fun to watch him the way he was teasing his fans. After he gave two more songs and signed off himself saying - Its fantastic night! Good night! God bless. The mood was ecstatic and upbeat throughout the show. I enjoyed every moment of the show and shouted madly . It proved to be a big treat for all the fans of Bryan Adams.
What a start of 2011 year! Hearing Bryan sing live was the experience of a lifetime. The concert was one of the most electrifying and enjoyable moments of my life. The feeling of being in a world of rock music was just amazing. The event was worth the experience which I will remember for days to come.

City of BilBao
QaTest conference was a very good experience and one of the best events I have been to. Even got an opportunity to present a paper. The atmosphere was friendly, so nobody was scared me :). I'm still in contact with some of the delegates I met there. The organisation of the conference was impressively professional.
I'm looking forward to hopefully going back there in 2011. It was a wonderful, inspiring experience and I got a lot of precious feedback. The conference was also very well organized - I enjoyed taking part in useful sessions attending very interesting and impressing the beautiful city of bilbao as well as meeting old friends Seniro executives and getting to know new ones. I hope we will all meet again at 2011 conference!

Memorable Night of my Graduation day
It was a nice winter evening with a beautiful decorated lawn, soft music playing in the background set the perfect mood for a star studded evening. The highlight of the evening was the grandeur of convocation and moments that captured with our hats flying in the air.

I truly feel obliged and honored being a part of Senior Leadership flag-manship program. I would like to thank everyone for being the supporting pillar in all the ups and downs during this wonderful journey.

I have got an opportunity to deliver a vote of thanks and it was my pleasure to deliver the vote of thanks to all who have helped make this event such a success. Four months has passed so quickly but I still vividly remember all the moments. I will be cherishing the moment forever.

Outbond Training - Plenty of Actions at Pegasus Bangalore
Recently I have attended a leadership development training that is unmatched by any other program that i have attended so far. It was absolutely refreshing after many days sitting in A/C room.
We went to Pegasus training institute Bangalore and it’s a typical military campus where discipline plays a major role. We were 20+ leaders/managers put up in the 3 days camp. We have got down in the railway station and Pegasus Vehicle came down to pick us up. The Vehicle started moving towards to bad muddy roads and the dark way surrounded with dense bushes, It was absolutely looks like forest. After many days I saw Sun Raise and Sun Set.
The colonel Nagaraju was training all of us. All the three whole days we have put up under activities and different games. The games are fun to be played at the same time it taught us the importance of communicating the goals and objectives, how to involve your team in the goal-setting process, specifically as a leader we need to know team members ideas and How do we fine tune these ideas and produce the highest quality product. The most important aspects is that when the final results are successful, as a leader make it a team success rather than just all your own.
All the games are designed to represent the basic business environment. Especially IT industry environment has conflict and certain situations foster it. We all want to see conflict end positively and as a "win-win" for all parties involved but when we are in the real conflict situation as a human we bring all our hidden emotions played around us. So how to control those unwanted emotions and focus on the particular situation to solve the issue. Mainly I have learnt that - To be a successful manager, one should be empathetic in helping your team members work through their problems. It is also vitally important to have good listening skills. We must hear them out so that they can feel and say that they have been heard.
Even more important, you want to be decisive in your responses going forward for two reasons:To bring closure to the situation. To inspire your team’s confidence with your decisions and for following your lead in the future.

I had a amazing smooth watching experience
London Bridge Is Falling Down ... Well, actually it is not, but if it were, the first thing what would you do? London is very popular all across the world for its ancient monuments and ofcourse It is really very interesting and amazing to watch this gigantic bridge. I had amazingly smooth watching experience.

the Notting Hill Carnival is the largest festival celebration with the sounds and smells of Europe's biggest street festival. Twenty miles of vibrant colourful costumes surround over 40 static sound systems, hundreds of Caribbean food stalls, over 40,000 volunteers and over 1 million Notting Hill carnival revellers.

The 32 capsules carry around 10,000 visitors every day. Because of the way the capsules are suspended it allows for a full 360 degree-panorama

The Tower Bridge is also worth seeing and is only a short walk away. Tower Bridge's architect, Horace Jones, and engineer, John Wolfe Barry, took 8 years to complete the bridge. It was nice breezy weather to stand on the bridge and watch over the thames river.

The building is stunning and it is worth taking a walk over Westminster Bridge and getting the view from the South Bank.
Big Ben is actually the name of the bell in the clock tower which chimes every 15 minutes

Bekonscot Model Village and Railway is the world's oldest original model village.

Buckingham Palace is the Queen's official residence and it is a huge amazing building.

London parks are well worth getting out to for a day the parks are among the best outdoor spaces of any city in the world.

Canary Wharf is a major business district in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, England. Rivalling London's traditional financial centre, the City of London

Shree Sanatan Hindu Mandir - Amazing architecture and It has taken 14 years to build and has cost around £16m.

You are new here, arnt you? the voice was really sweet but i couldnt see the face in the pitch dark but i did promptly said Yes and walked towards the dinner hall. Me and sterelin thought it would be a nice experience to camp ourself at forest and couldnt fail to appreciate the experience that we had in the nightly night forest. That night after we gave a bountiful dinner to our souls and around of mocktail we both settled around the camp fire and we couldnt help but admiring and silently appreciating each other. we stayed to chat and catch up a little but it was freezing cold. There was one more couple from Australia who was with us in the fire camp and sharing the same kind of experience with us. After sometime the lady host took us around for night walk in the forest and gave a big surprise. We started walking in the complete dark and walked out of the resort then I looked on both the sides of the highway the forest looked eerie and the darkness and this was a sinister opposite to what i have planned.
Lets go to the left i told sterelin and sincerely followed the lady host. we crossed the road and entered a thicket of trees. it was dark like the scene you would expect in a horror film involving unfriendly ghosts and vengeful sprits. i said to myself not letting go of sterelin hand whom i deeply admire. i felt fear creeping up. it was a scary night it was dark i didnt know what kind of forest this was i didnt know what wild animals lived here. I thought that my soul would be released in the walk. Suddenly the lady host asked us to stop and look up. Oh my god..Wow! I love the starry sky. it reminds me that there is a whole big universe out there. There could be other planets with life forms there is a higher intelligence out there and lady host secretly took us traveling through galaxies and planet. she was showing the different shapes in the form of stars and we are spotting out Orion Leo and Leo belt , regulus, Saturn, Hercules.
The Milky Way is a fuzzy glow of so many stars shining at us that we can’t distinguish any of the stars. Me and sterelin was excited to identify the planets Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn are visible to the naked eye. North Star and Sirius was easy to spot because it is the brightest star in the sky and all the time I was starring at them. Lady host was showing us the two star nebulas,– the Horsehead Nebula (which gets its name from it’s horsehead shape) and the Orion Nebula (which looks like the middle ‘star’ of Orion’s sword). i want my walk to lead me to the new star world. i was so surprised at what i had just saw that i forgot my fear of the dense dark forest. Everything around was dark almost pitch black suddenly lighteninig lit up the path. everything around me looked gresyish. Oh my god this is my first star gazing experience!
Friends, try out ! It creates lot of interest In you to find what’s all out there instead of just white twinkly things,”

Cherry Picking
Cherry Picking is an increasingly popular activity and best place for families throughout California. Weekend brings lot more fun and it extremely brings large crowds to the farm. my experience with cherry picking adventure is memorable – I became like a kid:). It was really fun to me to pick, eat and collect it in the basket. We should have Mango picking in india what say?!The farm is full of yummy Yummy..Apricot, plum, Strawberry, Blueberry and i kept stuffing my tummy and filling basket. kids were just going crazy around the farm and posing for photographs it was a good full fun time pass

the farms with dwarf-sized trees so that young kids can easily reach the cherries without a ladder. It is absolutely an activity even for toddlers they can fully participate in while for big kids, teens, and parents, picking your own fruit just never gets old.

Eating fresh cherries off a tree is simply delightful for anyone of any age. They are super sweet!

it was a fruit worthy of a special trip to the farm, The first time I had the pleasure of picking these wonderfully sweet and juicy little things, cherry picking is a near perfect family activity.

Cherrylicious thanking my friend and his wife and their cute kid for taking me to this memorable adventure. I am really excited to share this experience with you all.

Hello Srilanka!
A journey that refreshed me a lot and really had wonderful relaxed time. We said bye bye to our cell phones, laptop, stressful days at work place and said hello to Srilanka. This journey took me through the cities Colombo to Kandy to ELLA to Unawatuna. Most of us aware of that the Sri Lanka, formerly known as Ceylon, is in Southern Asia.
It's a beautiful and incredible island country in the Indian Ocean. The Conflict was finally ended last May and it was more peaceful island rich in natural beauty and cultural splendors. it feels like one big tropical zoo elephants roam freely, water buffaloes idle in paddy fields and monkeys swing from trees. Driving through the streets of Sri Lanka was certainly different from what we had become accustomed to in India.
Buddhist statue that is a symbol of hope for the mental and spiritual rehabilitation of the people in Sri Lanka. We continued our journey through several little beach towns and headed to the South West near the seaside village of Galle to Unawatuna.Unawatuna is a curved-shaped beach resort located on the southern coast of Sri Lanka, a few miles south of Galle. "Una-watuna" meaning "fell-down" refers to the myth of Hanuman who had to move a mountain as he could not locate the herbs he required and in the process a chunk of it "fell-down".
A small and beautiful beach town near Galle popular with tourists and Sri Lankan's alike. Normally packed with Germans and British at this time of year, the impact of the political troubles has reduced the numbers to a wandering few, quiet. Walking along the beautiful blue beaches the one thing that you notice is that the beaches are lined with locally owned boutique hotels, guest houses and small rustic restaurants. No big chain restaurants or fast food outlets. No big hotels. No one hassling you to buy something. No one begging. Just pure local Sri Lankan peaceful paradise with the soundtrack being the waves crashing against the beach.
Unawatuna best beaches of the world its for safe swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving & surfing. That was the first time for me to see people doing snorkeling and surfing. Snorkeling experience was really thrilling which brings goosebump all over. I saw group of yellow and blue colored fishes swiming together and a sea tortoise roaming here and there. What is a group of fishes called? is it School. Fish is a cold-blooded animal with backbones and its capable of breathing under water with the help of gill rakers. Snorkeling is fun and it was my first experience. I didnt expect there would be so many fish swimming around me. Under the sea waves the fishes just play and play and play around freely. I was super excited to see them. Fishes liked to come charging to our faces and then swim away . It just stopped my breath for a sec and pulled my head off rushed to reach boat :). I know i was stupid..this bloody cannibals scared the hell out of me.

Scanless PCI certification!
Present emerging trend is completely revolving with internet – Anywhere you can post your data and access your data. “How safe is the data as it navigates a complex internal and external network?”
One easy way to protect and lock ourself in the internet commerce is that achieving “Scanless PCI certification” for your website. Its very quick and easy way to evaluate your web pages – it will help you to understand how secure is your site? and it will make sure that your site is safe from hackers and other intruders .
How do you do that? Just paste the following code in your web page:
The advantage is with Scanless PCI service is that they are offering so long as the code remains visible on your page, with continued certification contingent on image placement and no renewal required. And you need to do two important things :
Need to take Oath and need to follow the ethics:
1. you are not allowing yourself to compromise the security nor the integrity of your site you protect.
2. You will not engage in hacking activities.
3. You will never associate with anyone who engages in hacking activity.
Everyone can be PCI certified so hurry and safeguard your blog/websites.

Wishing you a very Happy Pongal
Makar Sankranti or Pongal is the season for Rangoli designs. We would love to draw rangoli designs or patterns to welcome Sankranti Lakshmi or the crop we yield during the rainy and winter seasons.
Kanuma is celebrated next day of Sankranti. Hope you all know Govardhana Puja or Go puja (worship of cows) is the major ritual during Kanuma. It is believed that Lord Sri Krishna was lifted the Govardhana parvatham (Mount Govardhan) to save the farmers and people of Gokulam.
Every festival In India have different colors, prayers, sweets and old unique rituals. Pongal is the great Indian harvest festival, celebrated every year in mid January. People decorate their house with kites, sugarcane and rangoli. we try to put beautiful Rangoli in front of our house. We can spend hours together with our family members to decide the designs and colors isnt?. There will be meetings, will go on for hours with all our neighbours to decide upon the designs and the colors. In my childhood days we used to fight a lot for colors and designs but if you see, actually those fights add more fun:-). Rangoli preparation starts at late in the night and it ends in next day morning. The only available lights are street lights and extra few candles. We used to mix more than two colors to get new shades but you know what, you will get to see the actual results only in the next day morning. We must have thought its blue but it would have been turned to be red in color hehe. All the fights that happened just wither soon once we get to see the final colorful rangoli. The best part is going to each and every streets and gazing at the beautiful and traditional rangoli designs.
Now a days we get into bed after long hrs at office and we watch television until we fall asleep. In present city culture there is absolutely no fun in celeberating such traditional festivals. Wishing you all have loads of fun in this 2010 pongal holidays and Happy pongal.
